Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on project complexity, workload, and the quality of source materials provided.

While we aim to meet all agreed deadlines, we do not guarantee delivery times in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, adequate and timely communication will be done in this regard.

Accuracy of Services

We strive to provide accurate, high-quality work. However, clients remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all completed documents before use, publication, submission, or distribution.

Medcopy by Sapphire shall not be liable for decisions made based on information contained in completed documents.

Fees and Payment

Revisions

Reasonable revisions relating to the original instructions may be requested within 14 days of project delivery.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed work transfers to the client.

Medcopy by Sapphire retains no ownership rights over client content, records, or source materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medcopy by Sapphire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
